Meet Our Medical Expert

Mary McCarthy is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Palm Family Health, LLC. She is a primary care provider in Melbourne, Florida. Her services include treating a broad array of acute and chronic medical conditions, health and wellness promotion, disease prevention, school and sport physicals. Her work in behavioral health has provided valuable experience in the treatment of depression, anxiety, insomnia, and other mental health disorders. She also incorporates the use of pharmacogenetics testing to help determine the most effective treatment. 

Mary completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida. She then obtained her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University where she specialized in family medicine.
