New Patient Visit

The Palm Family Health New Patient visit is a complex detailed visit as we obtain pertinent health history, family history, current medication list, physical examination and obtain previous medical records. These visits may also include treatment for a wide variety of health issues.

Follow Up Visit

Follow up visits involve regular medical check-ups, which may include a physical exam, blood test, and imaging test. Follow up care allows the provider to assess a patient's progress since their last appointment and adjust treatment.

Sick Visit

Sick visits involve problem focused examinations for acute illnesses such as ear infections, sinus infections, UTIs and minor injuries including back pain.  Lab tests and imaging are ordered if needed.
